We accept all major credit cards and require payment arrangements prior to transport. No cash accepted at pickup for safety.
We do not bill insurance or Medicaid directly. Riders pay us directly and may seek reimbursement independently. We provide receipts for your records.
Cancel by calling us as soon as possible. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur fees. See our full terms of service for details.
All payments are processed through encrypted, secure systems to protect your financial information.

When we receive your trip request our scheduling department will contact you to confirm your trip details. We cannot guarantee that your trip can be scheduled until it is confirmed by our scheduling department. You may also contact us via email or phone, but keep in mind that we do often experience a high call volume, so please leave a message if we cannot answer your call.
Cancellations must be made no later than 3PM (EST) the day before the scheduled ride. Last minute cancellations will result in a fee equal to our current base fee. When your trip is confirmed and scheduled, it secures a time slot that becomes unavailable for other rides. This is why cancellation calls are very important, and time sensitive.
A trip is considered a no show if it is canceled after the driver has arrived. No shows are charged at our current base rate + $25.
Out of area trips canceled within 24 hours of the pickup will receive no refund.
Rides can be rescheduled at no additional charge up until 3PM (EST) the day prior to the initial ride date. Any ride that is rescheduled after 3PM (EST) the day prior to the initial ride date, is charged a late cancellation fee. Additionally, any ride that is rescheduled after driver arrival is charged a No Show Fee.
Payments must be made in advance (must be paid by 5PM the day before the trip) once trip is confirmed. Please note applicable cancellation/no show policies listed above. Alternate payment arrangements may be possible for ongoing recurring trips.
Any additional services incurred during transport or at the time of pickup will be immediately invoiced and/or charged to the billing contact provided at time of scheduling. This includes but is not limited to: Standby / Wait fees, Provide wheelchair fees, Hospital/Facility discharge fees, and Additional passenger fees.
